Something about the way the spout is shaped, makes pouring it into a mug really messy. It fits in cup holders in the car.

It keeps liquids cold for about 12 hours and hot for a bit longer. The coffee is hot, stays hot, until well after i head home at 5 pm. I hope it too lasts 13 years.

Thermos travel mugs are $25 a piece. The button/lock mechanism breaks. The lid breaks easily.

This is a fatal flaw since it makes the whole thing unusable. The warranty is useless.

The locking mechanism is flimsy. Once the threads disintegrate, it is a catastrophic failure.
