Pros

Top open/close device is what i like most; no leaking and no residue build-up in the sipper. My originals were dropped numerous times, rolled around car floors, never leaked once. Easy to use and doesn't leak.

Cons

Do not buy. Go to the actual brick and mortar store to buy your thermos. I'm so disappointed they don't do what they advertise.

The mug keeps beverages warm for a long time, but it leaks terribly if it tips on it's side. The top mechanism does not work well, it malfunctions and when you are dealing with a hot beverage, it’s just not safe.

It has complex plastic component mixed with the metal inside the lid. If it comes off, the cup becomes worthless for retaining your liquid. The weird mouth opening that says open or closed is barely readable since the entire top is black.
