Pros
The design is nice and easy to handle. I also like the fact that it is stainless rather than plastic, so it is much more environmentally friendly. The lid is a bit hard to clean but still doable. Very satisfied with purchase.

This mug is the best leakproof mug we have had. It keeps our coffee hotter longer than any other travel mug has. The many complain it leaks.
Cons
The lid is uncomfortable to drink from. It still leaks. Even their website confirms this one is leak-proof. My mug stinks.

Cleaning it does come apart pretty easily but just a bit of pain as its several pieces to take apart clean then dry and put back together

Tilt in openit you drop it nothing position no coffee comes out if drops on floor no big dump
