When i screw it down, it feels like it keeps jamming like a mis-threaded screw. Hugely disappointed. Have not found a way to contact the seller.

The things i dont like about this product that i wanted to mention here to help others is this 1 the narrow spout makes it really difficult to clean the inside with a bristle brush
