The thermos king food flask is nothing short of amazing. The insulation on this flask is top-notch. I use it to make soup piping hot at 7.

Then pour out and dry. It's disappointing that the food is usually just lukewarm by then. I'm really disappointed in this flask as the bigger food flask is amazing.
Buyer beware. This one is rubbish!
