Pros
These take the two halves of the noodle block with ease. I prep the flask beforehand with boiling water and heat the soup to boiling.
Cons
After use and a number of washes the seal loosens and easily comes off the screwon lid. It don’t like my food. It starts leaking so i change for new sealing. After a while food inside starts exploding.
Food or drink is cold within 2-3 hours. After 4-5 hours it’s barely warm, like lukewarm. The material is durable, but it is not easy to clean as you can't get your hand inside to clean it. I may have gotten a defective product.

Sometimes it's worth paying a bit more for a quality product and this flask is just that.
However on trying food in my thermos i'm very impressed.

I would not pour in boiling water from the kettle just as i am very cautious and i don’t think it would be sensible

However it does need to be pretty hot or it won’t do what you want it to
