Pros
As a thermal travel mug it is phenomenal at keeping liquid hot for ages. Keeps my drinks piping hot all day. I make my coffee at 8 in the morning, and it's still hot by midday.
Lid can be partially disassembled to properly clean it. Tiny instruction leaflet tells you how to take it apart. He also carries it in his zimmer pocket to his shed in the afternoon. No leaking at all even when upside down.
Cons
The lip itself was worn, you can clearly see the paint chipped off. Other reviews say the handle falls off. Not easy to clean both lid and main cup are not designed for cleaning. Tea tastes disgusting in this mug.
Clearly a fake thermos. Buyer beware. Have had to report seller to amazon. Would not recommend returning as not up to the job.

Like others, it's claims to keep hit drinks hot gor up to 12 hours isn't true.

Bookmarks arrived in a giant box & this with no protection.
Mh smackn driver threw it over my gate - it was sent in a paper bag with no bubble wrap or protection.
As usual there is no consistency with amazon packaging.

They should be 45 degrees away from each side of handle but they are in odd positions so you have to hold the handle weirdly to drink from the cup
