Pros
Food packed at 8am stays warm until lunch. I preheat it with hot water and it keeps the food hot. The folding spoon stored in the lid is a bonus. Heated the food, heated the thermos, then placed the hot food in the hot thermos.
Comes with a folded metal spoon in the lid which is handy but would be even better if it was a fork as everything other than soup can't be eaten with a spoon!
A nice compact lunch box for the kids. Good for spaghetti. Suitable size for my kid lunch. Great little thermos for my daughter to take to school with leftovers.
Cons
Turned out a real disappointment. Rubber rings are very loose fit so very easily came off and got lost, without replacement, it is useless.
