Pros

Great insulation. Always stays cold to the touch. I bought this cup for myself and a coworker…my coworker drinks ice coffee and he is amazed that his drink stays cold for his entire shift.

Thermos makes excellent performing insulated mugs. Only thing i don't like is that the lid is about an inch and a half thick and it goes inside the mug. Lid parts need to be separated for nice cleaning but not that hard to do.

Cons

Seller does not honour the 5 year warranty given by thermos. Lid design is poor and looks impossible to clean. Total waste of money as travel mug.
