Pros
Stainless rather than plastic, so it is much more environmentally friendly. Easy to handle. Very satisfied with purchase.
The mug fits snugly under my kuerig brewer. Lid is nice. The special internal tea bag holder and locking lid system are definite pluses.
Cons
Lid is difficult to unscrew as the ring moves counter clockwise. Cleaning the top is hassle as it requires disassembly and reassembly.
Buyer beware. No, it still leaks. Warranty is a joke.

These are great travel mugs for the price.
Two mugs for $51 and two seals for $25.
Came back to buy a 3rd one and price checked first walmart has silver and black for $24.

The day they arrived i filled both with boiling hot water at 5pm.
Packaging/appearance
I got the matte blue, and it is so dark it almost looks black!
Came with little scratches but it looks very promising!
Competitiveness
You can't go wrong with thermos; it's the best brand available.
It is a better deal to buy this new travel mug rather than replace the seals which i did recently on an old thermos.
