What does this mean?Pros & Cons
Pros
Great product, water stays hot for over 24 hrs. Bought for my parents as their old thermo carafe was not keeping water warm for more than 2 hours.
Cons
The carafe itself has absolutely no packaging. One has been replaced in 3weeks because of not keeping water hot without any breakage. Disappointed to find out our hot beverage luke work after around 4-6 hours of preparation.

The water was hot enough to make instant coffee after it was fill from the night before but of course it wasnt piping hot like straight from the kettle but i wasnt expecting 100c water after 810 hours

I am a bit concerned about the other reviews that mentioned that their broke after a few months so i am tryign to be as gentle as i can when opening the lid
