Pros
As long as its used for its intended purpose and cleaned how the instructions tell you, it's awesome!
Just a great cup keeps tea nice and hot for 2 to 3 hrs. Tea and coffee stays hot/warm for a long time. For me, it's a brilliant product and i rarely use my other cups now.
It's a great sized mug, holding more than my usual mug, even with the lid on. Whilst it won’t spill like a regular mug, this mug does a great job of keeping it’s liquid inside during regular use.
Cons
The water will drip down the side of the mug and leave water marks on your desk or table making you think you've spilt it. This also means if liquid is spilt on the lid it seaps in (how would you like lemonade or worse in your coffee)? This mug is abs... Read More

Bad idea since the bit of force you need to pull the vacuumed lid off will likely make you spill your drink

Ive only used one so far and it could be that it was faulty but after being left to soak in the sink a few times it started leaking from the bottom

But i realised that the leaking wasnt tea or coffee and that the inside is totally leakproof

What it was was under the rubbery bottom surface which i had to deface there is for some reason a screw and a screwhole
