Negative reviews are outdated. Despite this very pleased with the purchase.
Hot drinks hor for around 8hrs cold drinks for around 12 bit longer with ice cubes in i. Keeps my coffee warm for a long time. Don’t leak and keeps it warm.
Lids stay in place so you can comfortably drink you drink! It holds about the same as an ordinary mug, despite looking quite big. The top is removable if you prefer it that way. Dry coffee can block/restrict the breather hole which is in the slide.
Cons
This mug looks cheap, the soft touch finish feels flimsy and it doesn't keep hot drinks warm. Drink leaks out and cold after an hour. Not ideal for a travel cup.
Biggest flaw is that when you tilt it to drink the sliding lid falls closed. I shudder to think what was drunk in that cup of water which dissolved into 3 holes but looked and felt like slight bumps in the metal at first wash.

The flask mug is faulty everytime my husband drinks from it he has to hold the opening open as it keeps shutting on him please send replacement lidbest wishesmrs s hill
