Great mug with lid. Leekproof (make sure lids on tight) keeps heated contents for up to 2 hours. Transparent outer layer that sits a little lower than the metal layer.

Manufacturer and product designer need to be made to use this complete waste of money and resource. The item is a whole disappointment.

Thermos cup with a lid that doesn’t keep your tea hot, or even warm-after 15 mins the tea is flat cold! Lid is very flimsy. Poor seal between the two layers of the mug draws in moisture as the mug cools.

It has an internal leak after only 3 months. It has never been fully immersed in water. Water infiltration in the plastic. It's leaking even it's being hold uprights.
