This brace works well to prevent hyper-extending my elbow.
Cons
The basic design is sound, but the construction needs to be tighter. I'm 6'1 and 200 lbs and the medium was on the edge of too large. Totally different from the pic.

This brace works well to prevent hyper-extending my elbow.
It seems the best results are achieved when the hinges are aligned with the elbow joint.
There is no ability to "lock" the hinged brace in a position like with a knee brace i have.
There's no guarantee a large-size would fit as snugly as the medium even with the adjusting straps drawn tight.
Price
Said it was a great brace and the price was excellent!
Which, for the price of this item, i thought was a bit cheap of them.
Competitiveness
The price is higher than i'd like, but it was the best of all the designs i saw likely to help me.

Its a little tight on topbicep but loose at the wristforearm end

I ordered a medium based on the circumference of my elbow and find that the brace fits very loosely

The velcro does now allow for adjustment to fit my smaller forearm and upper arm so the brace does not fit me

Fortunately i still possess my otherwise worthless walmart brace which i snugged on over top of this one to make it work

So if you are of a slender to medium build you might consider ordering a size smaller than the sizing chart would indicate

When i injured my elbow i had the hardest time bump passing in volleyball due to hyper extending my arms and became very painful

The simple velcro 34 wraps34 available at low cost just dont cut it for the elbow area though the wrists and hands benefit from the mueller coverings i picked up at wally world
