A lot of filler and worthless information. I read this just to see how many falsehoods were in it. This book was cowritten at that time to continue extracting money from his base of fans.

I would rank the parts by the donald as some of the best self-help material i've come across.

This is a pretty good book, i saw a couple good ideals and like the way the book is writing or worded.

There are no short cuts, just hard work and difficult times.

Literally (video and sound) i had a major setback a while ago and i recently recovered my equilibrium and reset my focus.
