This works great for lenovo/ibm thinkpad w530. Lenovo website says both are compatible with my lenovo t410 computer. Check compatibility on the lenovo website.

As advertised. Nothing terribly inconvenient yet. I am excited and hopeful that this will serve well for a long time.

Cons

Any time i dock my laptop there is a 50% chance the keyboard won't work. Other than this noise, the unit works.

I've had other lenovo docking stations that don't power up the usb ports unless you start up this way.
