Pros

Great taste. It has a savory-sweet flavor. It isn't all grainy. High quality ingredients without a bunch of filler nonsense.

Hydrate well with these. Gabor mate's theories and thoughts on hormone based health issues, opting it seems for a more holistic approach to healing and balance. Use this with my garden of life vanilla protein powder shake and a scoop of greek yogurt.

Cons

Think of the worst childrens cough syrup in the world and multiply that by ten. This product is overwhelmingly sweet with stevia. Such a strong overpowering stevia taste.
