Pros

Two scoops in water before bedtime. It’s tart like lemon juice in water. Absorbs well, unlike tablets that may not all dissolve so you really aren't getting the complete value promised in the tablet.

This product was recommended to me from my midwives for leg cramping during pregnancy. Recommended by my naturopath. It helps me calm down before bed and takes away my leg cramps.

Cons

One of the ingredients for cal-max is calcium glucanate. This product simply does not 100% dissolve.
