Pros

Zinc is important for me because i have hashimoto's hypothyroidism. Thorne is a well-respected brand. Trust him and his products as well as his guidance.

Took two of these at night. The capsule is tasteless and very easy to *. No issues with swallowing the pills and there is no taste.

Cons

The capsule does not dissolve. For safety’s sake, buy a different formulation. Had horrible gi issues as well as chills and was severely lethargic. Will be switching back to nature bounty zinc.
