Pros

I prefer to dissolve it in coffee, and it provides a nice flavor to the coffee. Best taken as an ingredient in a smoothie or a protein shake.

This works, and is very reasonably priced. The price is a bit high but it works. If that wouldn't bother you, i highly recommend this fiber.

Tree fiber instead of psyllium seed or other. All the ingredients are powerful yet seemingly not as the taste is mild. Great tasty and effective.

Everyone markets their product like it’s a digestive savior, but i have never settled on one reliable product.

No fiber pre-biotic i have tried has worked as well.

I need to buy frequently but it’s kinda pricey.

It is pricey compared to some other brands and i haven’t decided if it’s worth the increase in price yet.

Love thorne products as a whole for the extra oversight paid to quality, but you pay more than other brands.
