I have 3 caps once daily at bedtime and i find my mood has improved and my migraines have decreased dramatically.

I’ve been taking this brand for about a year now, it’s the only magnesium i’ve found that doesn’t upset my stomach.

Food is largely depleted of magnesium due to top soil being depleted.

I had found it difficult to find a quality magnesium until experimenting with this product.

Otherwise, it’s good value for the money.

The price is great, that’s one thing i love about this product - issue is i have to take 2-4 pills a day to actually feel the difference.

Amazon provided a good price and fast delivery (next day).

Ordering through amazon prime is much better as shipping is free.

Although there are other brands on the market, i find that i need to double the amt to get the same benefit as with the thorne product.
