Cons
This stuff is just a placebo and overly expensive at that. Getting 7-8 hrs sleep is impossible for me. I get 5 hrs sleep or 6 hrs that is it. Throwing away the rest of the pills.

I watch tv after dinner yes i know the blue light but if i try reading it will make me very sleepy but for whatever reason i fight going to sleep always have my mother could tell you stories but nothing that gets the heart racing

Got a low blue lightbulb which i dont notice makes me sleepy but if i forget to switch it out from the daytime bulb i do not get as sleepy as i usually do

I ended up switching to a brand i was using for other supplements vimergy but started noticing that i wasnt getting to sleep as easily and had trouble getting back to sleep if i woke up in the middle of the night again
