I take this along with magnesium to lower my blood pressure -thorne quality is the best - i take 2 two times a day and it works.
One of the best, if not the best natural supplements on the market for cardio vascular enhancement.
I took both my first rx along with the perfusia, and within a day or two my blood pressure dropped to an average of mid-120s/70s.
I had heart palpitations and they totally stopped when i use this.

It id not a quick fix and it takes time for it get into your system but if you monitor your diet and weight and your blood pressure is not extremely high it can help maintain it and keep it within normal boundaries in my own experience
