Pros

These are awesome. Would highly recommend all thornes high purity and quality products. Shipped fast as described.

Cons

Every time i take it,it develops terrible pain,bloating and diarrhea in my intestinal tract. Other thorne products are much better but this one is not suitable for my sick (immune disorder) gastrointestinal tract.
