Pros

The pills are pretty big but easy to * and there's no weird taste or aftertaste. Thorne research is my go to brand when i am prescribed supplements by my doctor. No harmful gluten or soy in their product.

One capsule has about 100% of suggested daily amount. They were sealed with a clear plastic wrap on the top outside of the bottle, but not sealed inside. It’s too expensive when using cheap ingredient like soy.

I tried alpha gpc and did not work the same , trying cdp choline next unfortunately thorne does not carry the alternatives.

These are more expensive than some of the other brands, but the quality seems to be better.

I had an allergic reaction to the other brand (i got bumps on my face), so quickly returned to this one.
