Pros

The thorne brand is free of many gluten, rice, daily and egg free. The chelation rids my body of minerals in the process of flushing out the metals so i double up on pic-mins for a short period after each chelation. My muscles feel much better.

This is a very small, easy to *, pill. It contains some necessary minerals without being a multivitamin.

Cons

It's not for everyone. Maybe it is the high dosage, im really not sure. This supplement has way too much of what a human needs.

For a short time after i went off the keto diet i quit taking these supplements and the nighttime cramping returned.

Many of the minerals said to be of help to diabetics are quite expensive.

But they were not as expensive as a lot of stuff i bought that did a lot less for me.
