Pros

This is great for anyone that has oxalate kidney stones. I sweat; my electrolytes (potassium) get used up; my pvcs flare up; and, i need to supplement. Effective way to alkalize.

Thorne is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Good quality supplement at an affordable price. Thorne research has quality products period.

After the first pill crams were gone. Everything they make is very pure and doesn't upset your stomach because they are capsules. They are like mini capsules! Perfect for swallowing and will definitely be buying from thorne research in the future.

Cons

I’m a user of thorne products, but his one hurt my stomach as described in other reviews. I believe that's due to an electrolyte imbalance.
