Pros

My absolute favourite brand of vitamins. Works as advertised. Exact same product as my naturopath and a few bucks cheaper. I like to buy thorne products because i trust they source the finest ingredients.

Those of us who have the mthfr gene can properly methylate. One tablet a day helps to keep pain away and gives lots of energy.

Cons

It smells and tastes like a ramen flavour packet. I'm a little worried and i wonder if it is the real thorne products. It seems shady to me.
