Pros

Thorne delivers a great quality product. I live in a very humid area. The product works very well for me.

Methylated b12 and folate are a must. The supplement seems to help my energy levels. I also have a bit sharper wit.

Be aware. Maybe that has something to do with it. Maybe even tampered with.

These burps are *! They come in a light yellow color. If moisture gets to them, they smell foul too.

The one i ordered on here has dark spots in it, the one from the naturopath is very bright in color. The capsule ingredients were speckled of uneven color and smelt terrible.

Very disappointed with this misleading information. Ordered this a couple of times from amazon - both times seller was iserve. The price is definitely lower here on amazon.
