Pros

Two pills twice daily are what benefit me. Take 2 after dinner at bedtime. Tastes * though, but does the job. What a difference in my digestive system and overall health.

Cons

It seems to reverse the work i've done. Maybe this formula is for very mild infections. Be aware that if you are still fighting candida it may make matters worse.
