Great value here on amazon. I feel like i can safely recommend this supplement to anyone who needs it. My doctor and nutritionist both recommend this brand.

Small bottle gives a 3 months supply. No * ingredients, and so easy to *. The capsules are small, easy for me to *, but also can be opened and easily dissolved.

Cons

It says 5000 units on the page but when you go to your cart the item reverts to 1000 units. Maybe one of the added ingredients is responsible.
