Pros

The capsule are small and easy to *. The only wrinkle is the taste of the pill (the plastic that covers the powder) it relaxes me and i am definitely truly sleeping better! Easy to * and no taste.

Cons

I’m not sure if the content is fake or if it’s another vitamin/mineral. Shop around, there are many good companies that sell zinc picolinate at half this price.

Competitiveness

I have switched to using zinc picolinate from this brand it has made a huge difference.

This is much better than taking the 30mg they sell in stores.
