This is a great value flashlight with a nice rechargeable battery.
The low cost makes it a little less of an issue, but if you're buying one of their more expensive lights that might be a problem for you.
It gets hot fast, though, which is just the cost of that kind of output in such a small light.

You can see the difference between the olight and the thrunite in the pictures.
It is a little brighter than my olight which is a much more expensive flashlight.

On high the head of the light gets hot quickly but won’t hurt your hand unless you touch the head of the light

I left the rest of the review pretty much untouched to retain the first impressions along with the new infoi was looking for a quickgrab light that would perform well on either a normal aa or aaa whether or not highvoltage batteries were supported and after having spent an embarrassing number of hours researching different flashlight specs watchingreading reviews looking up manuals evaluating ui experiences then making some purchases and returns… this one just came out on top
