The broken english is hard to decipher when relaying issues from wither side. It was not attached to the end cap and was loose. They request i send them the tracking info again.

Man was i happy when i saw the size of the box this bad boy came in, i was even more exhilarated when the torch just fit into the box.
In the boxthis thrunite tn35 light came in a somewhat disappointing case.
