Pros

It's worked solidly so far. It is the perfect tool for expanding my laptop for desktop functionality when i'm at home! Over all its a terrific device. One annoyance is the lack of event monitoring.

Design of the dock itself is well executed. It’s sleek and minimalist. Device itself is fairly compact, stays pretty cool.

Watts power, a boon for me as now i can keep my power adapter stowed in my bag for travel. The adaptor rates at 20v dc, 9a @ 180w. The dock is also a power supply for your laptop, delivering 96w continual power over usb-c.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that it also came with a thunderbolt usbc to displayport, which kept me from having to buy another cable for my current monitor. It provides power for my laptop, so i don't need to unpack my cable in order to hook up... Read More

Cons

The flicker with the displayport is unbearable. You have to unplug the main thunderbolt 3 cord and re plug it up. The monitor issues are just too much and the swollen battery is just a bad icing on the cake for me.
