Pros

If you have a legitimate thyroid problem such as hypothyroidism, this stuff really does work. Great price. Normalize your ths numbers. Selenium is what i was looking for in a thyroid supplement and this one has it.

They are a little hard to *, but that is manageable if you take one at a time. Even though it's a large capsule, it's still very easy to *. The ingredient quality, in my opinion is impressive.

Cons

I'm well hydrated but my kidney was non to happy with me when i took the one supplement. Methycobalamin is better. Causes violent coughing and choking.
