Pros
Tide cleans well and smells like the fresh breezes of lilac from a field. Being a care giver it's hard to find a good safe product to launder clothing and blankets with. All ultra free/clear helps to remove grease spots from the diner or bbq.
Tide is the best, and the unscented pod is even better. One pod is just right for a washer load. I love the idea of the pods & love that they make the gentle/unscented in them too!
Cons
The pods look yellow and the detergent does not look like free and gentle. The outer plastic on the tabs ends up not breaking down and went through the washer ending up ruining clothes. Odd smell too.

It gets too hot in the enclosed closet and these explode.
It won’t stain your white thing blue fresh and doesn’t make me itch like most detergents do
Price
A bit pricey, but not prohibitively so.
Liquid ends up less expensive in the end, but not a lot of mess, sometimes.
Shipping
Never had a problem when pods when shipped in the factory hard plastic container.
Packaging/appearance
I originally got these in a bzzagent box in the mail, i am a care giver also, my patient has several skin allergies.
I love the product just needed a box when shipping pods that are not in a hard container.
Competitiveness
Tide is the best, and the unscented pod is even better.

It cleans my pillows bedding and other delicate fabrics or stuff but there is a slight smell after

It’s not clear if we’re supposed to use 2 tide pods but for my bigger items like my body pillows i’ll use 2 since those get really dirty since they take a while to dry so i only clean them whenever i have time off
