Great quality. Solved the issue. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely recommend it.
The hook and all the clips move as they should but feel secure. Nice for ties and holds belts as well. Received my tire rack today and it's worked out quite well.
Feels sturdy, arranges ties neatly, and is aesthetically-pleasing. Looks durable, very well made.
Cons
Great idea, but fails to be practical. Must be loaded in such a way to remain 'balanced' should have returned it when i had the chance, now it hangs in my garage.

There is a small thing to note is which is that the hanger will tilt one way if you have less ties and hang all of them on one end

However you can always distribute your ties more evenly to solve this problem or hang a belt on the emptier end to balance the weight

Currently i hang them by the buckle but i would prefer if i could hang them by the belt

This is a problem as the belts do not easily slip into the hooks of the hanger
