Only issue is small amount of water wapor is collected on the edge and need a clothe to clean and wipe. One drawback is that the lid will always pop up violently.

It's easy to use. The program is clear and succinct. With proper handling and care this is for long term use.

The synchrotron feature is excellent for steaming vegetables, fish, and chicken. It lets you add sauce to what you're steaming and it doesn't drip through on to the rice below. Comes with a rice spoon and holder, measuring cup and steaming tray.

The inner pot is so flimsy that even just washing it in the sink could dent it. The lid is not detachable, and not easy to clean. It cooks slow and cook aweful.

Previous shipping address has been cut out. Returning it and placing a new order. This cooker is not as much as i thought.
