Quality
The quality is great and the rice cooked by the cooker tastes pretty good so far.
I have not used for other functions like bake a cake with the rice cooker but i know the tiger brand is the best on the market.
I expected the build quality to be good (and it is) but i was surprised by the difference it made with the way the rice came out.

When that one broke down it was replaced with another just like it which only this one only lasted about five yrs

I settled on the 5 cup rice cooker after purchasing then returned the 10 cup one just like it which was on sale for less than the 5 cup

The customer who wrote a long review about this rice cooker having a user replaceable battery is going to be quite disappointed when he figures out that the battery replacement procedure is 100 identical to the other brands he mentioned
