Pros
This rice cooker has a micro computer, 2 timer settings and cooks brown rice to perfection. My favorite part of this rice cooker is the steamer basket.
No fuss rice cooker. The rice is fluffy but not soggy its perfect.
First time purchaser of rice cooker. The only feature i miss from my old zojirushi is the retractable power cord. Which irks me, although not really a big deal.
Cons
After 5 months use, it was broken. That's so ridiculous. Serious design flaw. It’s slower than the non-digital version by a lot.
After a year of owning this product, the rice goes mushy. The rice turns soggy in the middle of the pot after 2-3 days and starts to turn pink. The inner pot starting peeling after about 2 years and 5 months.

After 3 days, the quality of the cooked rice diminishes, but it’s usually time to wash out the pot and cook another batch.
The rice goes bad quickly, i don't recommend this product.

While we can buy tiger & zojirushi brand rice cookers, we simply can’t due to its (ridiculously) high prices.

Maybe its just the pot on the inside but i have to add a little more water than i normally do when cooking rice

Just gotta remember after slow cooking to clean the lid and rim to get all the dripping from water
