Pros

White rice is perfect every time it is cooked on plain setting. Just gotta remember after slow cooking to clean the lid and rim to get all the dripping from water.

First time purchaser of rice cooker. Time of day is shown in 24-hr military format. Make sure to read the manual first.

I was blown away. No fuss rice cooker.

Cons

After 5 months use, it was broken. That's so ridiculous. All other functions are useless now. Serious design flaw.

Not recommending this one. Not good in term of how it was designed and operated. Don't buy it or else buy it and loose your money.

After a year of owning this product, the rice goes mushy and starts to stink after one day. The rice turns soggy in the middle of the pot after 2-3 days. The condensed water on the inter lid has no place to go.
