Pros
I love this product that does its job very well. It's mildly annoying. Take your time and read through the instructions.
Cons
I like the overall performance of the rice cooker until the coating starting to bubbles and chipped away. What a disappointment. Do not buy.

It works fine--easy to operate, very easy to clean and rice turns out fine in the smaller portions we need.
High quality, suitable size, always cooks delicious rice.
I bought this rice cooker to replace my big zojirushi that i have owned for 25 years-it finally gave out.
I then turned it on for plain rice and in about 20 mins i had the most amazing sticky rice!
Price
Bowl itself costs $55 bux which is outrageous.
I paid $90 for a used one (open box but not used).
My only gripe is that additional bowls are expensive.
It's a bit on the expensive side, but worth it for perfect rice all the time.
Shipping
Our family just returned from a 2 week trip to china and we wanted sticky rice just like they serve in china.
I thought this was weird, but i did know this ahead of time and still bought the machine.
Competitiveness
I have owned many rice cookers, and find out this is to be the best one among all other brands.
The cheaper brands sold in the us keeps temps too high and burn up on keep warm mode.
But, this one has a really fast cooking time (about 40 min) compare to the similar type.
