Pros

It is over 12 years old and still works like it is brand nee. It is so durable and still working, i jusy need a new one.

The rice comes out far moist as it has a fantastic seal and releases the moisture in a side pocket that you can drain and clean later. It's also easy to clean, not like oster brand rice cookers.

Cons

When it is on and in warm mode after a couple weeks of use your rice cooker will not completely seal. There was an obvious gap (about 6 inches long, maybe 1cm wide) between the cooker and the lid. The outlet valve on the lid will fall off. It is eithe... Read More

The electrical cord retracts and i love this feature the best.

I is no wasted on my steamed rice,never spoiled the rice ,selected on warmer selector.

After a few months did not keep correct temp my jnp is much better.

Love it, good price compared to the stores.

Absolute best value for money hands down.

However, i feel i paid too much for it ($140) when i've seen it listed for a lot less.

So worth the price i paid and i’m sure this one will last a very long time.

Shipping

I needed to contact supplier for the spoon holder that was not included as listed and they responded very quickly with shipping the part.

Packaging/appearance

She went crazy when she opened the box and saw what it was.

Everything looks good except the seller sent me the scratch mark one.

Absoltely the best on the market, and well worth a few dollars more than lesser competitors.

Have used other brands but this performs the best.

In my search to replace it, i found that tiger was a brand many of my hawaii people recommended.

I have a 5 cup and 2 ten cups, wouldn’t buy any other brand.
