This one is very disappointing! This is a tiger brand but some parts are made in china. Very disappointed in this company.
Within 24 hours rice is still moist and tastes fine but the smell was putrefying. After an hour or two when you open the lid, it has a stinky smell. The outlet valve falls off easily, that is the same issue as the first one delivered.
It is either defective and was delivered by this vendor knowing it was defective or it is a bad pot. Was broken and smashed and even the styrofoam was broken. Feels like it could easily break off.

Works as advertised got this unit to replace a 10yr old tiger cooker thats been on 24/7 for all of ita life.

The flavor and texture is a bit more rich and sticky than minute rice type stuff that has nearly no flavor or texture

You are able to keep it in warm setting without any change in your rice texture
