My only complaints are on the design the button to open it is just a curved shape with a lot of resistance it takes effort to open and is slippery this replaced an old dying zojirushi much easier to open as the button is flat and not resistant also the plate under the lid hits the pot when closing so it makes an annoying clanging sound and it is resistant to closing as well
