Ad if you over fill it by even a tiny amount like imperceptible to you it will spill when you put the lid on

And you cannot fill them only part way and have the food stay hot so i filled them and ended up bringing more than i was able to eat comfortably in the available time and hauling leftover food back home that by then was no good to eat
