This product works very well on my hair.

I used this once and i think it did help with the brasiness.

This leads to leaking and losing a part of the product.

It's hydrating, smells amazing, and i get a much better tone with this product.

Other than the shipping i love this shampoo and would definitely recommend to anyone with blond/silver hair.

Packaging/appearance

But lid wasn't on tight at all so most of the shampoo was all over the bottle and in the bag.

Simple fix is just to make sure the lid is twisted on before packaging.

However, i was upset to receive my package with it spilled in the bag.
