I didn’t have no problem with this product.
Nice product, slicks and gives hair a shine … a little goes a long way.
You have to get a small amount of the product out verses using it as a stick to rub over your hair for the hairs to stick down.
I have not tried the product yet.

Only down side is that it comes in a stick and as you press it onto your hair it pushes in and you have to keep pushing it up to use it

Also the bottom cap came off as soon as opened but was able to stick it back on
